Three different things you might want

They are not the same, and the smallest one is often what people actually mean.

Stop Happyads reading your ads

Revoke the connection. Your Happyads account stays, your history stays.

Delete everything about your advertising

Delete your workspace. The account, the connections and every figure we pulled go with it.

Come off the waiting list

Ask us to remove your email address. There is nothing else attached to it.

Revoking from Meta's side

You do not need us for this, and it takes effect immediately. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Find Happyads in the list and remove it.

The access token we hold stops working the moment you do this. We keep the figures already synced until you also ask for deletion below.

Deleting your Happyads account

Email us at privacy@happyads.so from the address you signed up with, and ask for your account to be deleted. Using the signup address is how we know it is you; if you cannot, we will ask you something else that proves it.

Self-service deletion from inside the product is being built. Until it is there, email is the route, and it reaches the same place.

What gets deleted

Deleting your workspace removes all of it in one operation. Nothing is kept back in a separate table.

• Your login and your workspace membership.
• Your Meta connection, including the encrypted access token.
• Every ad account you connected, with its name, currency and settings.
• Every campaign, ad set and ad we had recorded.
• Every daily figure: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value and the rates derived from them.
• Any revenue figures you entered yourself.

We do not delete anything inside your Meta account. Your campaigns, your ads and your history stay exactly where they are — Happyads only ever held a copy of the numbers.

How long it takes

We action deletion requests within 30 days, and in practice far sooner. You get a confirmation when it is done.

Encrypted backups may hold a copy for a short period afterwards as they roll over. Nothing is restored from them except to recover from a failure, and the deletion is reapplied if that ever happens.

Coming off the waiting list

Email privacy@happyads.so and say so. We hold your address and nothing else, so there is nothing else to remove.
