Who you are agreeing with

Happyads is a service operated by Oaksmond ApS, CVR 43117785, Hovborgvej 1, 6623 Vorbasse, Denmark.

By creating an account or connecting a Meta ad account you agree to these terms. If you are doing so for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

What Happyads is

A self-serve platform that walks you through setting up Meta advertising to the frameworks a senior media buyer would use, and then reports back on what the campaigns are doing. It makes platform decisions on your behalf and shows the reasoning behind each one, so you can disagree on purpose rather than by accident.

What is actually built today

We would rather tell you this up front than let you find out after paying. As of the date at the top of this page, the product can: connect a Meta account, read your campaigns, let you choose a conversion action, set campaign roles, and calculate MER against revenue you enter yourself.

The full guided setup, the weekly recommendations, the undo, the audit trail and billing are designed and being built. They do not exist yet. That is why there is a waiting list rather than a signup button, and why nobody is being charged.

Your Meta connection

Happyads asks for management access when you connect. That is deliberate: building, changing and pausing campaigns on your behalf is what the product is for, and a tool that could only read would be another dashboard. Today it only reads — the parts that write are being built — and when they arrive you approve each action before it happens.

• You keep ownership of your Meta account, your ad accounts and everything in them. Connecting Happyads does not transfer anything to us.
• We only act within the permissions you grant, and only on the ad accounts you select.
• You can revoke Happyads at any time from inside Meta's own settings, without asking us. The connection stops working immediately.
• You are responsible for having the right to connect the ad accounts you connect.

What we do not promise

Advertising results depend on your product, your price, your creative, your market and an auction we do not control. Happyads applies frameworks that tend to work. It cannot guarantee reach, cost, conversions or revenue, and nothing in the product or on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

You remain responsible for what you advertise and for following Meta's advertising policies and the law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Happyads to advertise anything illegal, or anything Meta's advertising policies prohibit.
• Do not try to access other customers' data, or to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell access or share your login with people outside your workspace.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Price and payment

Billing is not built. No payment method is collected and no charge is made. When pricing starts, we will say so in advance and you will have to actively agree before anything is charged.

Ending it

You can stop using Happyads whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can end the agreement if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost advertising spend or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Happyads is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, certified by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Law and venue

Danish law applies, and disputes belong before the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
